Description
- Spiral nozzles (also referred to as helix nozzles, corkscrew nozzles and pigtail nozzles) produce hollow cone spray patterns with a circular impact area
- Minimal clogging – maximum flow through passages of any nozzle of comparable size
- Spray angle at rated pressure (10 psi) is 120°
- Uniform spray distribution from 181 to 1619 gpm
- Operating pressures up to 400 psi
- Precision impact blade angles distribute drops and provide excellent coverage – ideal for washing, rinsing and cooling
- Compact size
- 3 in BSPT inlet connection
- Material is PTFE
**Flow:** The liquid entering the nozzle passes through the orifice and exits the voids in the spiral. As it exits, the fluid deflects off the spiral surfaces to form the hollow cone pattern.
